    Is there a minimum order size?

    A PIKKLE event is always personalised. We do not have a minimum order value or numbers, however specific requirements may apply depending on the service, location and trader we are working with. Get in touch about your event through our 'Build Your Brief' form.

    Do I have to liaise with the trader?

    No. We act as a single point of contact for clients managing the event from inception to clear down. A PIKKLE event is solely hosted by our dedicated team.

    What are the payment terms?

    We require full payment prior to the event. If this is not achievable, please discuss with the team.

    What allergens are present?

    Please complete our 'Build Your Brief' form and we'll be in touch to confirm your booking.

    What if someone has a specific allergy?

    Please discuss with the team directly. We will work closely with your guest to accommodate.

    How far in advance do I need to order?

    We recommend placing your order with a minimum of 2 weeks' notice to ensure we can arrange everything in time. If your event is coming up sooner, please get in touch and we'll do our best to make it work.

    What if I'm looking for something different?

    We specialise in customised events and love the challenge. Please get in touch if you have a specific request.
